Le Conseil canado-américain pour l’avancement des femmes entrepreneures et chefs d’entreprises (le Conseil) a publié aujourd’hui son dernier rapport sur le Pilier 5 « Promouvoir le rôle des femmes en tant que dirigeantes dans le secteur privé ». Le rapport révèle que, malgré leur engagement à l’égard de l’avancement des femmes, de nombreuses entreprises à l’échelle du Canada et des États-Unis n’ont pas défini d’objectifs clairs à cet égard, ne se sont pas dotées des outils nécessaires pour mesurer les progrès accomplis ou n’ont pas désigné de dirigeants responsables de l’avancement des femmes.
